The organisation of Bonciani S.p.A. covers the entire national territory:

• Registered office and administrative headquarters: Ravenna Viale Alberti, 22
• Operations Centre: Ravenna district of S. Michele Via S. Egidio, 91

Local operations centres:

• Locate Triulzi (MI) via Europa, 15/17
• Somma Vesuviana (NA) via Sant’Anna, 58
• Permanent facility at the Station of Milano Rogoredo with base camps for 80 employees and equipped for the management of sites and design work.

This enables Bonciani S.p.A. to be present throughout Italy and to respond effectively and efficiently to the different degrees of complexity connected with the various works undertaken for public and private clients.


HUMAN RESOURCES
The entire personnel numbers 230 persons most of whom are trained and specialised through continual updating at internal and external refresher and training courses.

COMPANY ORGANISATION AND MANAGEMENT
The present organisation, which is the result of modifications and improvements over the years, offers a high level of flexibility and professionalism in all the sectors of the company organisation.

The company is headed by the Chief Executive Officer assisted directly by the Administration Manager, Commercial Manager, Energy Division Manager, Procurement Manager and Technical Director who is in charge of the entire technical operations department of Bonciani.

The subdivision of this organisation into specific sectors such as Logistics, Design and Production makes it possible to assign a group of resources to each job order, selected on the basis of the specific experience and abilities acquired in similar works, with the tasks of design, management and control of the works.

Every part of the company has been created for optimum performance and to guarantee the Client the most in professionalism, ability and reliability.
